Rise at AREA15

Las Vegas is known for reinventing the norm, but how about a bar strapped to a balloon? Rise, located outside AREA15, is a half-tethered, hot-air balloon and half-elevated bar of the skies. Soon, guests will be lifted 131 feet into the air via a 16-person gondola to enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the Las Vegas Strip, all while guests clutch onto their seats as well as their cocktails. 



From the creators of Absinthe and Atomic Saloon, Spiegelworld Entertainment is back with its newest soiree, and this time everyone’s invited. Welcome to Superfrico, the ultimate house-party cabaret where performers come and go from their dressing rooms to OPIUM. Catch a glimpse of the secret polka room and taste a mind-blowing take on classic Italian dishes with Superfrico’s, psychedelic-inspired menu.

Chickie’s & Pete’s

The Philadelphia-based concept is sailing to the West Coast while bringing a unique, nautical-inspired sports bar experience for which it’s famous. Crabfries, elevated bar cuisine, and signature menu items like its Chickie’s & Pete’s Crabfeast and Lisa’s Blonde Lobster Pie Pizza anchor this sports bar’s unique coastal flare. Located inside Sahara Las Vegas, the new sports bar includes a fully integrated William Hill Sports Book experience and open-air patio space for private groups facing the famous Las Vegas Boulevard.


Todd English’s Olives

Located inside the Virgin Hotel Las Vegas, restaurateur Todd English is back at it again with his newest Italian-inspired venture, Olives. Olives includes Italian classics as well as plates featuring seafood outlined in Italian inspiration, all incorporating farm-fresh ingredients and incredible flavor profiles. Savor over favorites like the beef carpaccio with gorgonzola roti cake and scallion cream. Treat your taste buds to a tour of Italy.


Casa Playa

Is mezcal more your vibe? Take your seat at Casa Playa for a sizzling fresh take on authentic Mexican cuisine, located at Wynn Las Vegas. Join chef Sarah Thompson as she fires up ceviche, aguachile and exquisite seafood platters, all sourced from Mexico’s Pacific coastline. From Wagyu tacos to suckling pig carnitas served with freshly house-made corn tortillas, Casa Playa hooks your taste buds into a sea of flavor you’ll never forget.


Delilah Supper Club

Feast your eyes on a new, modern-day supper club, Delilah. Located at Wynn Las Vegas, it offers a true supper-club atmosphere, transporting guests to the classic showrooms of Las Vegas in the 1950s. This tableside party has an act and a dish for everyone. The sensational Delilah boasts multiple environments for guests to dine and socialize, including live music and special performances, DJs, and even smooth Sunday Night Jazz.
